Practice:

At these sessions, wrestlers will always drill the necessary fundamental techniques that solidify every wrestler. They will also learn a variety of other techniques, in all areas and styles of the sport. Participants will learn by doing, and will spend little time merely observing. Drilling, Sparring, and/or Hard Wrestling will be the nucleus of all practices.

Wrestling at the collegiate level hinges on academic success. With thirty years of NCAA D1 Collegiate Coaching experience, Coach Goldman has familiarity with virtually every NCAA D1 school, as well as many D2, D3 and NAIA institutions. Regardless of your age, he will always address the importance of academics in conjunction with your wrestling. In addition, Coach Goldman will gladly advise you regarding programs that may be a good fit for you and reach out to any college that you have an interest in attending.
