All participants must present a current USAW Membership Card prior to any participation. 

Waivers must be signed by all wrestlers prior to any participation.

Waivers must be signed in correlation with your membership status.

Drop in participants will need to sign all waivers, and present a current

USAW Membership Card, each time they attend.
